How do I know when to replace items in the kit?
Firstly, whenever you’ve used an item. We hope you never have to use any items within your kit but just in
case we also keep detailed records of the expiry dates of ail perishable items contained within your kit and
we’ll automatically send you out a replacement as and when these items reach the end of their useful lives
(this ranges typically between 6 -24 months depending upon the specific item in question). Always check the
expiration dates on items like antiseptic wipes and saline solution. We recommend inspecting the kit every 6
months and replacing used or expired items.
Can I purchase replacement items for the kit?

Where do you ship?
Whilst plans are underway to roll out shipping throughout Europe, the Middle East & Africa, North America &
Asia Pacific, we currently only offer shipping throughout Great Britain & N.I because we’re still finding our feet!
How long will my order take to arrive?
Standard next day delivery is what we aim to achieve but that’s not to say that for those more remote delivery
addresses this can be closer to 3 days.
